The program is transferable to the new owner. Please give us 30 days notice and we will accommodate.
Does the monthly price ever go up?
As the lifetime of the equipment service endures there may be negligible adjustments to listed equipment in accordance with our current schedule of residential rental rates.
For unlisted equipment the rate will be capped at 2.99% + CPI. This is to warrant exceptional service. We deliver 24/7 customer service and mechanical service. Including lifetime equipment replacements.
Will there be any warranty?
Full warranty covers the lifetime of the equipment. Free repairs for the life of the equipment. We deliver 24/7 customer service and service by our expert technicians. Including lifetime equipment replacements.
All of our services are complemented with value added features, such as warranty and full parts coverage.
What do you charge for service?
Service is included with all rentals along with parts and labour. 24/7 customer service and mechanical service by our experts.
How much is installation?
Installation is included with every product.
